KV, NIT, Silchar. An infant born on 25th of June 2012, with strength of more than 600 students. The Vidyalaya at present is running in a temporary building with two sections in the primary wing and a single section up to class IX. KV, NIT SILCHAR library is a fully automated library with all transaction through the library automation software E-Granthalaya. It has a collection of around 1065 books that is ever growing. It also subscribed 15 periodicals from different strata of knowledge.
